Eighteen residential zoned acres of vacant land in Valley Center have sold for $1,085,000.
The property is located along Rosebush Lane, off Valley Center Road, the city’s main thoroughfare, and within close proximity to local schools, Hilltop Winery and the Valley View Casino & Hotel.
Al Apuzzo, Matt Weaver and Patrick Miller of Lee & Associates — North San Diego County represented the seller, W.E. Hartman Living Trust. The buyer, DW Construction, was represented by Park Row Properties. D.W. Construction purchased the property and reported it plans to build eight single-family homes.
“This sale is indicative of the large demand for fully entitled, finished, single-family home lots, such as this,” Apuzzo said. “At the time of the sale, this property consisted of eight finished lots with all streets and improvements completed.”
Apuzzo added that D.W. Construction made an all-cash offer and closed within 45 days.
