The economies of scale for such properties often don’t allow for the notable marketing budgets that the big builders have. Therefore, small builders often utilize briefer and less intense marketing periods as well as rely on social media and the Internet to spread the word.

South Coast Communities has two new communities slated for 2014. Nine estate-sized homes are planned for an exclusive and desirable Carmel Valley location where prices are anticipated to start at more than $2 million.
