Patrick Miller, CCIM
Patrick Miller is a Founding Principal with Lee & Associates-North San Diego County. He specializes in the sales and leasing of land and investment properties. Prior to joining Lee, Patrick was co-owner of GM Investment Properties where he worked with the developer/owner of Redhawk Communities to acquire income-producing assets as well as entitled and unentitled land. Additionally, he performed outside brokerage sales and supervised the marketing of North County San Diego luxury home developments. In 1996, he created KPM Investment Properties, where he specialized in the sales of commercial and investment properties totaling in excess of $25 million over two years. Additionally, he processed, entitled and developed two residential subdivisions with resale value in excess of $20 million.
